From Meta Platform APIs
If you connect Instagram or Facebook Business accounts, we access your business DMs (Instagram and Facebook), engagement metrics, and profile information under explicit consent — solely to score leads and prioritize conversations.

We do NOT use Meta Platform Data to:

Automatic deletion occurs:
- 7 days after a trial ends without subscription
- Upon your deletion request
- When you revoke permissions via Instagram or Facebook

We employ HTTPS encryption across our site, secure storage of access tokens and API credentials, regular audits of data access and permissions, and role-based access within our systems. Data breach notification occurs as required by law.
9. Children Under 13
ForesightHQ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.
